Job Summary
A software services provider is filling a position for a Telecommuting Senior Engagement Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Monitor and drive adherence to practice policies and metrics
- Collaborate with Professional Services organization on determining capacity to meet demand
- Act as escalation point for project escalations and provides expertise on ensuring delivery quality
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel as needed
- Undergraduate degree is required
- 10+ years' experience in software implementation services
- 2+ years project & people management
- 5+ years experience in one or more of the following: HCM, Payroll and Financials
- 5+ years implementing Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, Banner or similar applications
