A computer software company is filling a position for a Telecommuting Senior Enterprise Sales Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading sales team in consistently following the sales methodology and best practices
- Providing frequent constructive feedback and encouragement
- Assessing skill sets and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members in order to meet objectives
Position Requirements Include:
- ability to multi-task between team members in their support of different clients, sales opportunities, and other initiatives
- Ability to act as an enabler to remove both internal and external roadblocks
