Job Summary

A financial services company has an open position for a Telecommuting Senior Experience Owner Director.

Must be able to:

  • Be accountable for financial, regulatory and operational risk management
  • Build and manage a high performing team of Experience Owners
  • Translate business cases into experiences for Experience Owners to execute

Required Skills:

  • Must attend and complete the Management Development School program in San Antonio, TX, during their first six months
  • Bachelor’s Degree OR 4 additional years of related experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a Degree
  • 8 or more years of relevant progressive experience OR
  • Master's Degree and 6 or more years of relevant progressive experience
  • 3 or more years leading subordinates or matrixed, cross-functional teams
  • Experience leveraging data to make business decisions
  • Process engineering and/or agile experience
