Job Summary

A computer and network security provider is in need of a Telecommuting Senior Global Events Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing post event analysis, budgeting recaps, internal and client feedback and incorporating learning into future event plans
  • Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on event programs
  • Planning, managing and executing corporate global events

Required Skills:

  • Willingness to travel to industry and company-sponsored events (approximately 40% travel)
  • BA/BS from an accredited university with 3-6 years of experience working in an event marketing capacity
  • 7+ years of relevant events experience in a marketing organization
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to develop strong networks and build credibility within the organization
  • Excellent editing and proofreading skills with attention to detail
