Job Summary
A nonprofit healthcare system has an open position for a Telecommuting Senior HR Business Technology Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Promoting the use of Workday within the business by maximizing the capabilities
- Investigating and researching escalated issues and problems and provides timely and accurate resolution
- Serving as a subject matter expert with thorough understanding of Workday functionality
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Must be able to travel to various Trinity Health sites (50%) as needed
- Bachelor's degree and five (5) to seven (7) years of experience or equivalent combination of education and or work experience
- Must possess a detailed knowledge of HR technology/enterprise applications (e.g., Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, Lawson)
- Experience in project management ideally specializing in HR technology projects
- Excellent analytical and technical skills
- Some knowledge of appropriate HR laws and skill sets
