Job Summary
An edge cloud platform has a current position open for a Telecommuting Senior Incident Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Conducting incident reviews focused on finding and solving systemic engineering problems
- Leading planning and implementation of business continuity and disaster recovery projects
- Collaborating with senior leaders and the executive team to improve adoption of best practices
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 6+ years experience running high availability systems and supporting distributed infrastructure
- Experience managing teams, particularly in remote or distributed environments
- Familiarity with a variety of incident response frameworks
- Understanding of Business Continuity Planning principles and practices
- Thorough knowledge of system engineering and software development best practices
- Knowledge of data analysis techniques
