Job Summary

A healthcare and health insurance company is seeking a Telecommuting Senior Informatics Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Develop, validate and execute algorithms and predictive models to solve business problems
• Perform analyses of varied healthcare data to evaluate programs and product solutions
• Execute statistical analyses and interprets results

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Travel required 0 - 10%
• Strong SQL and SAS programming skills
• Strong knowledge of at least one health care claim processing system
• 3 years of relevant programming or analytic experience
• Healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience is required
• Experience in statistical analysis and database management
