Job Summary
An insurance company has a current position open for a Telecommuting Senior Insurance Defense Staff Attorney in Los Angeles.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Conduct extensive, well-reasoned legal research
- Prepare and present witnesses and evidence at trials, judicial and administrative hearings, arbitrations and alternative dispute resolutions
- Analyze complex legal and factual issues
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Travel 10 % of the time
- Must have a license to practice in the state of California
- JD from accredited law school
- 7+ years law practice
- Experienced litigation attorney
- First Chair Jury trial experience required
