Job Summary
A real estate service provider has an open position for a Telecommuting Senior Interior Construction Project Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Manage high end interior office projects in Class A office buildings
- Manage all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for individual real estate projects
- Interface directly with clients to define project requirements
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Work remotely with 30% travel in the region
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS/BEng/BArch) from College or University in a technical area of study
- Minimum six years of related experience and/or training
- Prior experience in a supervisory position (direct report responsibilities) required
- Ability to write reports, manuals, speeches and articles using distinctive style
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite
