Job Summary
A senior living company is seeking a Telecommuting Senior Living Advisor in Rockford.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Building relationships and educate families over the phone on the referral process
- Understanding family needs and refer appropriate partner communities
- Managing the sales process
Qualifications for this position include:
- Must have reliable transportation to visit partner communities
- 3+ years experience
- Demonstrated ability to assess family situations and quickly develop solutions based upon family needs
- Documented history of ability to develop and maintain good working relationships in a multi-stakeholder sale
- Strong computer and typing skills necessary, including Word and Excel
- Computer hardware and software must meet the employer's minimum technical requirements
