Job Summary
A computer software company is filling a position for a Telecommuting Senior Media Server Engineer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Architecting Media Server back end services
- Integrating, adapting, and extending of Media Server capabilities
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Travel to Barcelona, Los Angeles, Munich, or Zadar during our collaborative development retreats
- Deep understanding of video streaming and associated protocols such as WebRTC, RTSP, Video Over IP and like communications streaming systems
- Familiarity with Kurento Media Server or similar Media Server implementations
- Experience with video compositing
- Recent extensive C development experience used to adapt and extend Media Server solutions
