Telecommuting Senior Pre Sales Engineer

Job Summary

An information technology consulting company is filling a position for a Telecommuting Senior Pre Sales Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Providing technical guidance, responding to and managing customer expectations throughout the sales cycle
• Preparing client facing and internal deliverables (e.g. statement of work, presentations, proof of concept plans, etc)
• Driving continuous improvement of user experience, software features, implementation methodology and service offerings

Qualifications Include:

• Ability to travel occasionally
• 3+ years' sales engineering experience in event management, IT Operations Management and IT Operations Analytics
• Knowledge of machine learning and algorithmic operations, as they relate to IT Operations
• General Understanding of ServiceNow, BMC and/or similar ITSM platforms
• Experience with infrastructure and application monitoring, cloud integration and NOC/MoM dashboards
• Familiarity with integrations, event correlation, and root cause analysis methodologies
