Job Summary

Software company has a current position open for a Telecommuting Senior Principal Customer Care Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Providing Customer Care for inquiries received via ACD, on line submissions, and chat
  • Assessing nature of customer problems and resolve more complex Customer care issues in addition to escalations
  • Serving as primary Customer Care liaison with development

Qualifications Include:

  • 9 - 15 years of experience in a Customer Care Capacity
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent knowledge of Deltek Software Systems
  • Experience with Costpoint Projects module
  • Advanced functional or technical troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
