Job Summary

A staffing company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting Senior Recruiter.

Must be able to:

• Source, recruit, screen, interview and assess high volumes of candidates
• Maintain accurate candidate records
• Implement staffing and recruiting processes, strategies, and solutions

Position Requirements Include:

• Participating in client meetings
• Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and best practices
• Must possess excellent judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple projects at once, and meet objectives
• Minimum of 5 years' experience recruiting full cycle
• Strong presentation skills verbal and in person
• Strong MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
