Job Summary
A defense company located in America is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Senior Recruiter in Reston.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert in attracting and recruiting talent
- Utilize sourcing tools and techniques to identify candidates
- Establish trust and confidence by maintaining a high level of credibility
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Must be able to travel 10%
- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of related staffing or talent acquisition experience, with 4+ years in a federal contracting environment, staffing, or similar role
- Additional experience, education, and training may be considered in lieu of degree
- Successful track record of standing up staffing solutions for new and existing markets and future business activities
- Advanced understanding of OFCCP regulations and FLSA compliance
