Job Summary
A technology company has a current position open for a Telecommuting Senior Resource Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Develop and implement staffing strategies that maximize utilization according to organizational goals
- Understand and ensure compliance with the policy regarding usage of partner and subcontractor resources
- Demonstrate broad and deep knowledge of consulting skill sets
Qualifications for this position include:
- Minimum 7 years of resource management and/or client service delivery experience within a professional services environment
- 3+ years of supervisory experience
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
- Proficient with MS Office applications, Excel/Pivot tables experience.
- Knowledge of Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools
- Strong analytical and problem resolution skills, including the ability to research and simplify complex situations
