Job Summary
A software company is in need of a Telecommuting Senior Security Engineer .
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Designing, engineering, implementing and operating security devices in support of client activities
- Leading client interactions and solution deployments
- Leading development or technical investigation tasks
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience programming in one or more languages such as Python, Ruby, C#, C, Objective C, or C++
- Certificates, licenses and registrations required: CISSP, CCSP, CEH, CCNA SANS GIAC, and/or similar
- Computer skills required
- Bachelor's Degree from four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent
- Strong understanding of Windows and Linux/Unix based Operating Systems
- Substantial experience operating and interpreting vulnerability scanners, and penetration testing and web application testing tools
