A trade publisher is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Senior Services Operations Analyst in Orlando.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing support and root cause analysis for our user group
- Building workflows/process flows, email alerts, designing email templates
- Building and maintaining Informatica data transformation jobs
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Must be able to collaborate with colleagues via face to face, conference calls, and online meetings
- 1-3 years related system development/configuration experience
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience building complex and automated reports
- SOQL/SQL/other query or programming language
