Job Summary

A social media analytics company has a current position open for a Telecommuting Senior Social Analyst Onboarding Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Building out platform configuration solutions that precisely match client needs based on key use cases
  • Supporting clients throughout the onboarding process as they learn how to use our platform
  • Providing technical and consultative support to all clients throughout the onboarding and ramp-up process

Required Skills:

  • Expertise in implementing basic use-cases
  • Expertise using social media intelligence platforms
  • 4-7 years of experience in social media, plus related technologies, with a proven track record of delivering client solutions
  • Currently a practicing social media, digital marketing analyst, planner or marketing communications practitioner
  • BS or BA Degree
