Job Summary
A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Senior Software Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Delivering production software code at a regular 2-week cadence using Agile techniques, tools and methodologies
- Developing core platform capabilities for an innovative new platform
- Providing technical expertise with containers (e.g. docker) and container orchestration (i.e. Kubernetes) and their ecosystems
Qualifications for this position include:
- BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 7 years of relevant software engineering experience with object oriented and functional/scripted languages
- 1 years working with Kubernetes is required
- 2 Years working with Go Programming Language
- Ability to learn quickly and a desire to learn all aspects of development, including those areas outside of your comfort zone
