Job Summary

A self-service software company is in need of a Telecommuting Senior Software Product Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Defining business cases for complex feature requirements
  • Performing market analysis, competitive research, customer interviews, win/loss analysis
  • Serving as the central resource for design, development, test, quality

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Willingess to travel 25% of the time
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum 10 years of full life cycle product management experience in the Software/Contact Center industry
  • Expertise with telephony-based and digital self-service solutions including IVR, speech recognition, chat bots, NLU and social media messaging platforms
