Job Summary
A self-service software company is in need of a Telecommuting Senior Software Product Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Defining business cases for complex feature requirements
- Performing market analysis, competitive research, customer interviews, win/loss analysis
- Serving as the central resource for design, development, test, quality
Qualifications for this position include:
- Willingess to travel 25% of the time
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 10 years of full life cycle product management experience in the Software/Contact Center industry
- Expertise with telephony-based and digital self-service solutions including IVR, speech recognition, chat bots, NLU and social media messaging platforms
