Job Summary

A software company has a current position open for a Telecommuting Senior Software Product Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Developing staffing and resource management plans for a diverse group of developers
• Assessing project progress, and providing status updates to leadership and the rest of the team
• Evaluating project risk(s) and creating mitigation plans

Position Requirements Include:

• 5-10+ years Product Management experience
• Champion and experienced executer of fast-paced Scrum Agile processes
• Experience coaching, motivating, and giving feedback to a large team of developers
• Able to assimilate, sort and aggregate complex information quickly
• Comfortable communicating with a diverse, mostly remote team
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment where being self-directed, determined, and resilient are a requirement
