Job Summary
A software company has an open position for a Telecommuting Senior Software Sales Engineer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Paying attention to relevant market trends and competition and leveraging this to advise the sales team
- Communicating technical and product feedback needs of customers to product management teams
- Performing documented discovery, solution validation, and standard and customized demonstrations
Qualifications for this position include:
- Must be able to interact with customers and partners in-person and remotely
- Prior SE/PreSales experience working in a sales environment or equivalent customer-facing experience
- Minimum of 4 years hands-on experience working with products and related industry technology
- Solid familiarity and experience working with the platform
- Awareness of Cloud infrastructure, virtualization and container technologies, SaaS delivery models
- Solid presentation skills and experience in the delivery of technical sales-oriented presentations
