Job Summary
A real estate company has an open position for a Telecommuting Senior State Administrative Broker.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Act in the capacity of the state Principal Broker
- Perform contract review to ensure legal and contractual compliance of transactions
- Manage and implement the ongoing enhancement of and compliance with company-wide and individual state brokerage operations manuals
Position Requirements Include:
- Willingness and ability to travel within the state
- Holds an active real estate broker license with continuing education credits in real estate, management and legal compliance
- Member of the National Association of REALTORS (NAR)
- Proven track record of managing a medium to large brokerage firm, specifically from an operations or compliance perspective
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze processes, enact change and think operationally and strategically to achieve business goals
