Job Summary

An internet services company has an open position for a Telecommuting Senior Systems and DevOps Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Working closely with Development teams to implement and automate systems and architectures
  • Driving Automation efforts across the organization utilizing Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Configuration Management (CM), and CI / CD
  • Taking part in 24/7 on-call rotations

Required Skills:

  • IaC and CM, preferably Ansible, Chef, CloudFormation or Terraform
  • Coding - Node, Java, Bash
  • Security and Security practices experience
  • Reliable, Secure, and Scalable Cloud Architecture Implementation
  • Interested in building a Devops Culture
  • Calm under pressure
