Job Summary
A provider of cybersecurity services is in need of a Telecommuting Senior Technical Recruiter.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Create relevant solutions and “out of the box” techniques to find best candidates
- Market company and foster new relationships throughout community
- Use Applicant Tracking System to maintain candidates throughout interview and hire process
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to attend different technical conferences and networking events
- 7+ years experience utilizing various sourcing techniques
- Experience in recruiting software engineering and cyber security in the federal space
- Bachelor’s Degree (business or technical) OR a previous successful recruiting background
- Great computer skills using the internet and Microsoft Office
