Job Summary
A healthcare company has an open position for a Telecommuting Senior Technical Support Consultant in Chesterfield.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Interacting with customers to help troubleshoot and resolve highly complex technical product problems or issues
- Diagnosing and resolving complex customer questions or problems
- Tracking and documenting inbound support requests and ensure proper notation of customer problems or issues
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- May travel to client site in order to resolve extremely complex customer and product issues
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Computer Science/IT or relevant work experience
- 4 – 7 years experience with healthcare products in a support, development or consultancy environment
- 3 – 5 years experience is in developing or supporting the assigned products
- Demonstrated competence in functional or technical components of the assigned products
