Job Summary
An insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Senior Trucking Claims Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Evaluating, negotiating, and authorizing settlements with all stakeholders within designated authority
- Verifying/analyzing applicable coverage for the reported loss
- Handling complex exposure claims relative to commercial trucking, based on Claim Guidelines
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Equivalent experience is defined as 14 years of relevant claims experience
- Must have experience handling 1st and 3rd party claims
- Must have at least 3 years of experience handling commercial trucking claims
- Maintains resident/nonresident adjuster licenses as required
