Job Summary
A computer technology company is filling a position for a Telecommuting Service Cloud Lead Solution Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Evangelizing Service Cloud value to customers
- Configuring and effectively demonstrating our solutions in a way that closely reflects each customer's business
- Delivering the appropriate solution and establishing credibility and trust with the customer
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to travel (up to 50% depending on location and assigned teams)
- B.S. Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent work experience
- Deep functional understanding of call center/contact center operations and processes
- Previous experience as a Solution/Sales Engineer
- Ability to work as part of a team to solve technical problems in varied environments
- Application configuration experience using declarative designers/tools
