Job Summary

A computer consulting company is filling a position for a Telecommuting Service Now Technician III in Minneapolis.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Developing and managing the preparation of systems and/or program application specifications
• Assisting other members of the ServiceNow Technician team with coaching and guidance
• Providing daily support of Service Management platform

Required Skills:

• Ability to work directly with customers for to gather requirements
• ServiceNow certified system administrator certification, required
• 1-2 years' experience in ServiceNow administration, required
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements throughout the development lifecycle
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, and relational databases
