A company that provides information technology services has a current position open for a Telecommuting ServiceNow Reporting Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Participating in the collection and implementation of tool requirements
• Coordinating with ServiceNow development team on changes to the product baseline
• Designing and developing reporting models to meet business needs

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Experience working with customers to understand requirements and implementing common operational views via reporting
• Experience with one or more reporting tools
• Experience customizing or developing reports from data residing in relational databases
• Understanding of IT service management and common service level agreement measurements
• Established documentation skills
