A computer software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Services Platform Leader in San Francisco.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Setting performance standards and manage KPIs
• Reviewing key architectural changes across the organization
• Planning and executing on the break down of our distributed monolith then tail into international expansion

Required Skills:

• Understand how company size affects strategy
• Worked in various service architectures and is ready to bring that painfully earned knowledge to the table
• Management experience and/or a desire to grow into a manager role
• Love for building elegant, maintainable code
• Has experience working in and/or prepping for global roll out
