Job Summary

A technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting SIS Engagement Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Ensure reporting is consistent and accurate, troubleshoots issues as they arise
  • Gather and analyze data to support various business processes
  • Serve as the primary customer contact relative to service delivery needs

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Ability to travel approximately 10% - 15%
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in consulting or system administrator role
  • Able to determine the root cause and resolve complex problems
  • Able to provide analytical troubleshooting for various product type issues
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to adapt easily to working with new technologies
