Job Summary
A technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting SIS Engagement Manager.
Must be able to:
- Ensure reporting is consistent and accurate, troubleshoots issues as they arise
- Gather and analyze data to support various business processes
- Serve as the primary customer contact relative to service delivery needs
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to travel approximately 10% - 15%
- 3 to 5 years of experience in consulting or system administrator role
- Able to determine the root cause and resolve complex problems
- Able to provide analytical troubleshooting for various product type issues
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Able to adapt easily to working with new technologies
