Job Summary
A healthcare company has an open position for a Telecommuting Site Client Service Supervisor in Nashville.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Performing quality reviews and site evaluations as required by clients
- Maintaining productivity, quality and assures customer service standards
- Assist in selecting, interviewing, hiring and terminating employees
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Attends mandatory employee in-service meetings and/or training sessions
- A High School Diploma or GED is required
- Required to take and pass a 90-day ROI Certification course with a score of 85% or higher
- Medical Terminology class is strongly encouraged
