Job Summary
A technology company has an open position for a Telecommuting Small and Medium Government Business Development Executive.
Must be able to:
- Identify and build relationships with key decision makers in prospect organizations
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Accurately forecast opportunities for a rolling 12-month cycle
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- 2+ years of experience selling enterprise wide solutions (both software and services) to local government agencies or the private sector
- Prior RFP response skills
- Industry domain knowledge
- Able to effectively handle a large volume of prospecting and cold calling
- Understanding of project delivery and coordination with delivery teams
