Job Summary

A technology company has an open position for a Telecommuting Small and Medium Government Business Development Executive.

Must be able to:

  • Identify and build relationships with key decision makers in prospect organizations
  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Accurately forecast opportunities for a rolling 12-month cycle

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • 2+ years of experience selling enterprise wide solutions (both software and services) to local government agencies or the private sector
  • Prior RFP response skills
  • Industry domain knowledge
  • Able to effectively handle a large volume of prospecting and cold calling
  • Understanding of project delivery and coordination with delivery teams
