Telecommuting Social Media and Email Marketing Professional

Seeking a talented freelance writer/producer of social media content and email newsletters. This person should also be brilliant as a manager of our contacts database as a key function of the role will be organizing contacts and getting them into Constant Contact & MailChimp.

--Ideally has experience with Constant Contact, Mail Chimp and Excel
--Must have experience in Contactually
--Diligent, detailed, and very experienced with the management and consolidation of contact lists
--Abundantly creative and driven to produce content that stands out
--Professional, mature and efficient, but also smart and fun
--Able to have short, fast and direct conversations, to the point
--An ongoing freelance role for a multi-talented creator and list manager
--Client's business is in Real Estate in NYC so some knowledge or previous client work in this industry could be helpful
