Job Summary
A well-known healthcare company has a current position open for a Telecommuting Social Media Intelligence Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Performing deep dive analysis as required by the business
- Managing the ingestion and maintenance of social data in multiple social listening capabilities
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of social analytics capabilities
Position Requirements Include:
- Advanced knowledge of Social Management tools
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 years working with social media (either in a marketing or customer care capacity)
- 2 years of experience in business analysis
- 3 years of experience within a matrix organization
- 2 years of developing executive ready reports / presentations
- 2 years of professional social media usage (for a brand, agency or other organization)
