Job Summary

A technology company is seeking a Telecommuting Software Client Success Executive in Atlanta.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Identifying the business value provided by the company solution
  • Performing day to day management of complex accounts
  • Identifying areas of risk and takes steps to prevent customer and/or revenue churn

Position Requirements Include:

  • Presenting company product portfolio to his/her clients
  • A minimum of 10 years in a similar client facing or appropriately relevant role, in operating an account or client relationship management
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information technology, Organizational Change or a related field preferred but will consider applicants with equivalent work-related experience
  • Project management experience required
