Job Summary
A technology company is seeking a Telecommuting Software Client Success Executive in Atlanta.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Identifying the business value provided by the company solution
- Performing day to day management of complex accounts
- Identifying areas of risk and takes steps to prevent customer and/or revenue churn
Position Requirements Include:
- Presenting company product portfolio to his/her clients
- A minimum of 10 years in a similar client facing or appropriately relevant role, in operating an account or client relationship management
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information technology, Organizational Change or a related field preferred but will consider applicants with equivalent work-related experience
- Project management experience required
