Job Summary
An information technology company is in need of a Telecommuting Software Development Engineer in Test.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Create, implement and maintain test automation frameworks and solutions
- Defining tests driven by story acceptance criteria and applicable project standards
- Creating automated build verification and system integration test frameworks and tests
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Travel 10%
- Bachelors degree, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of testing experience
- 4+ years of test automation experience with test automation frameworks, tools, and practices
- Strong understanding of MS SQL Server tools, SSIS package execution, and other ETL processes
- Experience working in an agile environment including, participating in sprint planning activities, daily standups and closing ceremonies
- Knowledge of web application testing, preferably using the Selenium toolset
- Strong knowledge of a .NET programming language and excellent knowledge of testing methodologies
