A global technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Software Development Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Leading the recruitment and hiring of new team members
- Rolling up your sleeves and be hands on to help deliver code as needed
- Providing input to the product owner on the product strategy and vision
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent in work experience and self-study
- At least three years experience in a software development leadership role
- Expertise with full software development life cycle including coding standards, code reviews, test reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
- Familiarity with system automation and deployment
- Knowledge of new and emerging technologies
- Should be detail-oriented, organized, and have exceptional written and communication skills
