Job Summary
A computer software company has a current position open for a Telecommuting Software Engineer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Contributing to standard Linux frameworks and applications
- Planning, organizing and assisting in upstreaming support for member boards and SoCs
- Testing development
Skills and Requirements Include:
- This role requires some international travel
- Experience with standard Linux multimedia framework, such as Gstreamer and/or ffmpeg
- Experience with the Linux kernel
- Familiarity with open source development tools and methodology
- Excellent C programming skills and GIT usage are a must
- Experience with Android AOSP hardware enablement
