Job Summary

A financial institution needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting Software Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Conceptualize, design, develop, test and implement proprietary software solutions
  • Provide ongoing systems support, troubleshooting and resolving all application, UI, and databaserelated issues
  • Make recommendations for business process improvements with an understanding of technicalproblems and solutions

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Work remotely up to 3 days per week
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in software development including unit, systems, and regressiontesting frameworks
  • Demonstrated understanding of object-oriented programming, UI design, and architectural designschemas for scalable web-based applications
  • 3+ years programming experience in C# with knack for writing clean, readable, and reusablemodules
  • Familiarity with .NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, PHP, Chrome Development Tools, Fiddler, andPostman
