Job Summary

A clinical laboratory is filling a position for a Telecommuting Software Engineering Senior Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Delegating tasks to, organizing, mentoring and motivating a team of software developers
  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement in all areas of technology and instills the principles of this culture
  • Working together with senior software developers to plan and execute projects

Qualifications Include:

  • Knowledge of Intersystems Cache is required
  • 5+ of programmer or analyst experience including at least 1-2 years of project management or direct management related activities
  • BS/A in computer science or related field or equivalent experience
  • Formal Project Management training
