Job Summary

A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Software Expert.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Answering 20 to 50 customer emails and 10 to 15 phone calls per day
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and helping developers diagnose bugs
  • Hosting webinars for and answering questions from prospective customers

Required Skills:

  • Workday must overlaps mornings on the east coast (9am-12pm EST)
  • History of getting things done carefully and efficiently
  • Must have flawless writing skills with a savvy style and a firm grip on grammar
  • Able to de-escalate a tense situation with ease and grace
