Job Summary
A software technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Software Expert.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Providing customer service/support, training and product demos/walkthroughs for our software by phone, email, forum and screen-shares
- Helping diagnose customer problems and find solutions
- Picking up the phone to check in and follow-up with customers
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Comfortable with technology, software and basic math (eg. pro-rating)
- Good conversational skills
- Good written communication skills
