A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Software Managed Services Senior Director.

Must be able to:

  • Lead a team of Engagement and Project managers to deliver on time
  • Ensure excellent customer service and adoption of the Callidus product suite and services
  • Provide leadership to define customer requirements, solution implementation approach and communicate produc

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Travel Expectation: 25%-40%
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field
  • 10+ years of Insurance and Healthcare payer industry domain experience
  • 8+ years of demonstrated Professional Services leadership
  • 8+ years of implementing technology solutions
  • Excellent executive relationship and written/verbal communication skills
