Job Summary

A technology company has a current position open for a Telecommuting Software Technical Support Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Troubleshooting and remediating all vSphere, ESX host and SAN array issues
  • Providing front line support of Philips' products
  • Performing service delivery management with 3rd party vendors

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant experience
  • 3+ years of technical customer service experience
  • Strong analytical capacity
  • Ability to prioritize and follow through on assigned tasks
  • Basic Project management Skills
