Job Summary
A technology company has a current position open for a Telecommuting Software Technical Support Engineer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Troubleshooting and remediating all vSphere, ESX host and SAN array issues
- Providing front line support of Philips' products
- Performing service delivery management with 3rd party vendors
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant experience
- 3+ years of technical customer service experience
- Strong analytical capacity
- Ability to prioritize and follow through on assigned tasks
- Basic Project management Skills
