Job Summary

Software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Software Tools DevOps Engineer on the East Coast.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Automating and accelerating the testing, release, and deployment of applications quickly and reliably
  • Leveraging the cloud to rapidly provision testing infrastructure
  • Quickly providing feedback to software engineers

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 3+ years of experience in Engineering Productivity, Software Engineering, Linux Systems Administration or related work
  • Associate's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related Engineering field
  • Understanding of web technologies, such as HTML/CSS/JavaScript and the HTTP Protocol
  • Experience with Jenkins or other continuous integration tools
  • Experience with Docker with bonus points for Kubernetes
  • Experience with Git, Apache, Linux Operating Systems, SQL
