Job Summary

A healthcare technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting Solution Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide support and recommendations on system issues based on customer needs
  • Assess customer business and functional requirements and recommend best practices
  • Implement new customers onto the Healthx Platform meeting project timelines and objectives

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Advanced computer skill e.g. navigation, and workflow within a system platform product
  • Ability to learn, build, and document processes
  • Healthcare/payer industry knowledge preferred
  • Systems Configuration knowledge preferred
