Job Summary
An IT and service company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting Solution Architect in Indianapolis.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Communicating implementation status, issues, risks and efforts needed to be successful to all stakeholders
- Providing recommendations to customers
- Guiding customers to the achievement of a successful result
Position Requirements Include:
- Services delivery is generally expected to be on-site for 10-25% of the time
- Must have Medicare, Medicaid, and/or Commercial experience
- Ability to consult with customers
- Expert Product Knowledge- Able to demonstrate concepts and solutions
- 2 years of experience in the delivery of solution consulting services within a SaaS company
- Ability to make presentations to customers
